Vegress records calls for the 3Com NBX Phone System

Record all of your inbound and outbound 3Com NBX phone calls with reliability. The Vegress Recording Appliance is installed between the Telco T1/PRI and the 3Com NBX. Vegress NBX Record provides a rich web interface for the Administrators, Managers, and Users.

Users can listen to their own calls or managers can be delegated to one or more users' calls. Managers can keep their recordings turned off, but a simple right mouse click in their task bar enables On-the-Fly recordings to start or stop. Vegress Platform comes in 1U and 2U platforms.
